How It Works

From first session to first tournament.

01

Assessment

Every new student, from kids joining their first chess class to experienced players, plays a short assessment so we can see how they actually think, not just what they know.

02

Placement

Students join the programme that matches their real level — regardless of age or how long they've been playing.

03

Structured training

Regular small-batch chess classes combining instruction, guided practice and played games.

04

Competitive play

When a student is ready, we prepare them for rated tournaments and review every game afterwards.

Not sure which programme fits?

Tell us about the player — child or adult, complete beginner or rated competitor — and we'll recommend the right chess class. This is the path for joining the Academy as a regular student — registering for a chess tournament is a separate, one-off process.
